Requirements

• Florida Licensed attorney in good standing with 5–7 years of estate planning experience
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communicator who can explain complex concepts in a way that clients understand
• A team player who values collaboration and client care
• Someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals and families to create thoughtful estate plans
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other planning documents
• Offer clear, compassionate guidance on Medicaid and planning strategies
• Be a trusted advisor in helping clients achieve their long-term goals
