Close premium estate planning engagements. The Role As an Attorney Sales Person , you are the firm’s front for consultation. You lead high-stakes estate planning consultations with warm, qualified prospects and guide them to the right strategy and into committed clients. You control the room, guide emotionally charged decisions, and move people from uncertainty to action. You are not selling documents. You are selling clarity, protection, and legacy . Once the client decides to move forward with the type of legacy package, the legal team executes.
