Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM records in Lawmatics
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
  • Assist with accurate data entry and document management
  • Ensure files and records are properly maintained and up to date
  • Oversee email inbox management by reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion in all communications and documentation
  • Support administrative tasks related to estate planning matters
