About The Position

Riot Games was founded in 2006 to develop, publish, and support the most player-focused games in the world. We’re best known for League of Legends, VALORANT, Teamfight Tactics, and Legends of Runeterra—and we continue to build new experiences across games, music, entertainment, and esports. Esports at Riot is a cornerstone of how we celebrate competition and fandom. From the League of Legends World Championship to VALORANT Champions, we bring players, fans, and partners together at a global scale. Our team crafts partnerships and programs that elevate the esports ecosystem and deliver unmatched value to fans and brands alike. As an Esports Partner Solutions Lead, you’ll shape the strategic foundation of Riot’s global esports partnerships — architecting scalable systems, frameworks, and content programs that power partner success across our portfolio of games and events. You’ll serve as a strategic connector between Riot’s business development, creative, and production functions — ensuring every partnership activation leverages the full storytelling and digital capabilities of the Riot esports ecosystem. Central to your work will be the creation, ownership, and continuous evolution of Riot’s global esports inventory and content systems, ensuring consistency, clarity, and innovation in how Riot delivers value to partners and players alike.
