About The Position

Management (ESM) Program Director to lead a global team in delivering a multi-phase transformation initiative. This role will oversee the implementation of ESM solutions, manage vendor and internal stakeholder relationships, and drive the program through its three key stages: Implementation, Change Management, and Steady State Operations. Key Responsibilities: Program Oversight & Execution Lead the end-to-end execution of the ESM transformation program across all phases. Develop and maintain a comprehensive implementation plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Collaborate with IQVIA leads, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination. Proactively manage timelines, dependencies, and roadblocks across workstreams. Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting. Team Leadership Manage a global team of 8–10 onshore and 25 offshore professionals. Provide direction, mentorship, and performance oversight to ensure high-quality delivery. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Transformation Lifecycle Management Drive the program through its three-stage lifecycle: Implementation – Solution deployment, process alignment, and initial rollout. Change Management – Stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies. Steady State – Operational handoff, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization. Required Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT Program Management, with at least 5 years in ESM or ITSM domains. Proven experience managing large-scale, global transformation programs. Strong background in vendor management, especially in hybrid delivery models (onshore/offshore). Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ESM platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Scrum Master, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus. Preferred Attributes: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Requirements
