The ERSEA Coordinator provides program-wide leadership and oversight of all Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) systems and Fiscal Integrity/ERSEA process for Head Start and Early Head Start programs. This position assists in guiding the program’s practices for verifying the eligibility of children, families, and pregnant women receiving program services. The ERSEA Coordinator ensures children are enrolled in the program appropriately. The ERSEA Coordinator is also responsible for monitoring children’s attendance and, as needed, offering families support in instances where attendance is an issue.
