About The Position

At Arkansas Early Learning (AEL), we believe every child deserves an opportunity to succeed, no matter their circumstances. AEL was established to serve the most vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout the State of Arkansas through Early Head Start and Head Start. We provide transformational learning programs to vulnerable children within a childcare setting. We offer FREE Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K educational childcare/daycare programs serving 16 counties with numerous centers across the state of Arkansas. AEL is more than just daycare! We are educators, even as early as 6 weeks old we are implementing an education curriculum. We also offer a variety of child and family support services in a loving, caring, and safe environment. The ERSEA Manager applies professional expertise and over-sight in the ERSEA (Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility and Attendance) Department, ensuring that the agency complies with all regulations per applicable Performance Standards. The ERSEA Manager analyzes, plans and implements ERSEA systems for the Agency. Additionally a key responsibility is planning and providing training related to ERSEA systems, policies and procedures for the department and agency and ensuring monitoring, agency collaboration and accurate tracking of ERSEA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Social Services or a related field OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with on the job training and experience equivalent to a Bachelors or advanced degree
  • Experience in business information systems/computer related field
  • Must have working telephone or cell phone
  • Must have a valid Driver's license with immediate access to a legally insured vehicle
  • Must be able to drive an automobile, full size pickup and a van
  • Must have at least liability insurance and must keep it current

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years prior job related experience and ERSEA Credential preferred
