About The Position

14431 – ERP Training Specialist (remote) – Austin, TX Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: The working position is Telework. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Experience developing a training program for ERP systems (8+ years); Experience developing accessibility-compliant training content (8+ years); Experience working with eLearning software (8+ years); Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system (8+ years); Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) (8+ years); Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team (8+ years); Experience in maintaining and updating SharePoint sites (8+ years); Preferred: Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government) (2+ years); Experience with Jira (1+ years) Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Design and implement a comprehensive training program tailored to a specific financial business area, ensuring alignment with ERP functionality and business processes. Develop accessibility‑compliant, role‑based training content from the ground up, actively participating in system design discussions and testing activities to ensure accuracy and relevance. Produce clear, user‑friendly guides, job aids, and training materials that enhance learner understanding and retention across diverse user groups. Facilitate effective instructor‑led and web‑based training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring consistent delivery and knowledge transfer. Manage and update the training SharePoint site to ensure resources, documentation, and communications remain current and easily accessible. Collaborate with project teams, functional SMEs, and technical staff to validate training needs, incorporate system updates, and ensure training materials reflect the latest configurations. Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting continuous improvement of training processes, tools, and methodologies.
