Overview: A growing manufacturing organization utilizing Epicor ERP (10.2) with plans to move to Kinetic is seeking an ERP Systems & Business Intelligence Analyst to support ERP administration while leading data modeling and analytics initiatives across the organization. This role combines ERP functional expertise with advanced Power BI data modeling and cross-system integration. The ideal candidate understands manufacturing operations and can transform ERP and external data into structured, reliable business intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years ERP administration and/or business analytics experience (manufacturing environment required)
  • Strong SQL proficiency
  • Demonstrated experience designing Power BI data models and schemas
  • Experience combining ERP data with external data sources
  • Understanding of manufacturing concepts: BOM structurers, MRP, Inventory transactions, and costing structures.

Nice To Haves

  • Epicor experience (10.x or Kinetic preferred)
  • Experience with BAQs and BPMs
  • ERP implementation or upgrade experience
  • Experience with data governance frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain Power BI semantic models using proper star-schema principles
  • Create and manage fact and dimension tables from ERP transactional data
  • Ensure proper relationships, cardinality, and filter direction
  • Develop efficient, relevant, and accurate DAX measures for operational and financial reporting
  • Optimize models for scalability and refresh performance
  • Establish data governance and naming standards
  • Combine ERP data with external data sources including: CRM Systems, Excel-based business data, SQL databases, & Flay files/APIs
  • Perform data cleansing, normalization, and transformation
  • Ensure data consistency across systems
  • Support executive KPI dashboards and operational reporting
  • Develop standardized reporting frameworks across departments
  • Provide ERP end-user support and issue resolution
  • Maintain user accounts, security roles, and configurations
  • Develop and support: BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and Custom Reports
  • Support MRP, costing, and production data integrity
  • Assist with upgrades, module integrations, and testing
  • Serve as liaison between consultants and internal stakeholders
