ERP Supervisor in GAC Savannah Unique Skills: This position will supervise an ERP Workstream within the Business Technology team. You will lead a team focused on delivering SAP solutions to our internal Gulfstream customers. This role is focused on equal parts of SAP S/4 technology, functional design of business solutions and mentoring / managing internal team members. You will work closely with our internal customers to ensure business priorities are being addressed within the ERP solution footprint including strategic projects, small enhancements and "break/fix" items. Ideal candidates will be fluent in business processes that are supported within the SAP technology stack. Also, from an SAP functional capability standpoint we are looking for candidates that have a focus in one of these two areas: Finance & Accounting OR Sales & Distribution. You do not have to have experience in both areas to be considered for this role. Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 8 years years experience as an IT professional with broad experience across multiple IT disciplines which includes four (4) years specific ERP development / deployment experience. Specific and in-depth expertise in one or more complex enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, PLM).. Master's Degree may be used to offset one (1) year of experience; PhD may offset two (2) years of experience. Position Purpose:This is a direct management and technical leadership role within the Gulfstream Business Technology organization for the ERP team. Responsible for team performance by ensuring deliverables are prioritized and delivered to agreed schedule and budget. This role is also responsible for budgeting, hiring / termination, employee development, employee reviews, and project management as required.
