About The Position

Position Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Analyst to join our IT team. This role is critical in optimizing and maintaining our ERP system to drive operational efficiency and business growth. The initial focus will be on enhancing ERP modules related to Outside Processing, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Cycle Counting. Over time, the ERP Analyst will take on broader responsibilities, ensuring seamless system performance, user support, and continuous improvements across all ERP functions. This person will need to be the main point of contact - any ERP issues and questions will go to this person. Project has remained the same, but they are preparing for an upgrade initiative to the next version of ERP - this is a key component of that process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in the ERP modules for Outside Processing, Job Costing, MRP, and Cycle Counting.
  • Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices for system optimization.
  • Work closely with operations teams to enhance system utilization and ensure process alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary ERP support resource, troubleshooting issues and recommending enhancements.
  • Continuously monitor ERP performance, identify areas for improvement, and support system upgrades and integrations.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to align ERP capabilities with company goals.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to maximize user adoption and efficiency.
  • Provide day-to-day support for ERP users, ensuring smooth system operation and user satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and IT, translating business needs into system solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of ERP configurations, workflows, and training materials.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Benefits

  • PTO – Employees get PTO at the beginning of each calendar year. New hires receive a pro-rated amount based on their start date. New hires get 80 hours. (If we need to make an exception for 120 hours for this role, we can.)
  • Sick days – Employees get 4 sick days at the beginning of calendar year for themselves or to care for a family member. Unused sick time can be rolled over from year to year, up to a maximum of 20 days.
  • 401k – Employees are eligible to participate on the 1st day of the month after 90 days of employment. Our plan is with Principal. There is a company match of 100% of deferrals up to 3% of pay, plus 50% of deferrals between 3% and 5% of pay. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
