About The Position

Reagent Chemical & Research, LLC., headquartered in Ringoes, NJ, has been a leading US marketer of Hydrochloric Acid for over 65 years with terminals across the US, as well as truck and rail fleets. We are seeking an experienced ERP/CRM System Analyst to support our implementation and ongoing support of Datacor ERP/CRM Cloud. This role will serve as the internal subject matter expert for ERP functionality across our distribution and supply chain operations, ensuring system alignment with business processes and user needs. The Salary range is $85,000 to $110,000 based on experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of ERP system experience (Datacor/Chempax preferred).
  • Strong understanding of finance, distribution and supply chain processes.
  • Chemical industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP/CRM systems and SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with API integration concepts and ERP/CRM data structures.
  • Understanding of data management principles, including data quality, governance, and lifecycle.
  • Exposure to data lake/ data warehouse environments and how ERP/CRM data can be leveraged for analytics.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Datacor ERP/CRM (Chempax).
  • Experience in the Chemical Industry.
  • Familiarity with Data Lake/ Data Warehouse and Data governance processes.
  • Exposure to logistics platforms such as BeyondTrucks or IntelliTrans.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Datacor ERP/CRM modules including inventory, quality, order management, procurement, and finance.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, finance, sales, and other teams across the organization to gather requirements and optimize ERP workflows.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and system security within Datacor ERP.
  • Support data migration, validation, and testing during implementation and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain ERP documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
  • Provide end-user support and training across departments.
  • Coordinate with Datacor support for issue resolution and feature enhancements.
  • Monitor ERP/CRM performance and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with integration developers to support and validate API-based data exchanges between Datacor and external platforms.
