About The Position

We are looking for a motivated ERP Specialist to support and help improve our ERP system as the company continues to grow. This role will assist with day-to-day ERP support, user questions, reporting, and supporting improvements to business processes - especially in our manufacturing environment. The ERP Specialist reports directly to the CIO and works closely with Operations: Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Quality; Sales, Finance, and IT teams to help ensure the ERP system is reliable, accurate, and supports business needs. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys learning systems, solving problems, and working with business teams to turn system capabilities into real operational value.

Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems, business systems, or data analysis
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Operations, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly and take initiative
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Experience using and supporting an ERP system
Interest in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments
Experience creating reports, dashboards, or working with data
Understanding of basic database concepts or data relationships
Exposure to ERP platforms such as Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems
Interest in process improvement or operational efficiency
Advanced Excel or data analysis skills

Responsibilities

Help support and maintain the company’s ERP system
Assist in monitoring system performance and data accuracy
Help coordinate system updates, upgrades, and vendor support
Learn the ERP system and develop expertise over time
Provide day-to-day ERP support to users across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and office teams
Help troubleshoot system issues and escalate complex problems when needed
Document common issues and solutions to build internal knowledge
Maintain ERP documentation and best practices
Assist with managing ERP users, roles, and permissions
Support onboarding/offboarding and access changes
Help ensure appropriate system access and security controls
Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, forms, and data inquiries
Partner with business users to define reporting needs
Support data accuracy and consistency for operational and management reporting
Assist with documenting ERP-related business processes
Work with departments to identify opportunities to improve workflows
Support alignment of ERP configuration with operational processes
Help reduce manual work and improve system adoption
Support ERP-related projects such as new modules, enhancements, and process improvements
Help gather requirements and participate in testing
Assist with go-live support and user adoption
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and the internal team
