Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business IT Systems or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail, ecommerce, or wholesale corporate environment
  • Experience with Microsoft GP is a Requirement
  • Strong experience with ERP and EDI systems, with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL
  • Knowledge of Blue Moon products (i.e. Operations Core, Chargeback Processing, Container Management)
  • Strong understanding of EDI transaction sets including 810, 812, 820, 846, 850, 855, 856, 860, 865, 997, and related formats
  • Demonstrated success troubleshooting FTP, AS2, and VAN connectivity issues
  • Experience planning, managing, and testing EDI transactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • EDI experience using Gentran, TrueCommerce, and LexiCom preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform research and provide ongoing support for multiple teams using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP)
  • Coordinate the setup of new retail and wholesale trading partners
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to define EDI relationship objectives
  • Audit EDI workflows to ensure customer metrics are met and SLA performance is maintained
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transaction issues in a live production environment
  • Partner with programmers and the software development team to implement increased automation as the customer base grows.
