About The Position

Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing solutions within Gift of Hope's Infor ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) environment. Lead the implementation of new and enhanced features and in resolving support tickets related to Gift of Hope's ERP applications. Manage the requests from various business departments and leverage the resources from external consultants when necessary to address the business requests. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience and demonstrated technical competence.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Infor or Lawson ERP solutions, preferably CloudSuite Healthcare Multi-tenant.
  • Experience with Infor-specific tools, including LPL (Logical Process Language), Groovy scripting, and IPA (Infor Process Automation) for automation and customization.
  • Experience with using XML and APIs.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with (SSO) Single Sign-on and OAuth integration between cloud applications.
  • Ability to follow standard configuration management related policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP deployment, performance tuning and security practices.
  • Experience managing third-party consultants or managed service teams in a technical capacity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Infor Birst or other BI/reporting tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures in carrying out the responsibilities of this position.
  • Coordinate application enhancements to all Infor CloudSuite modules, including Financials and Supply Management (FSM), Human Resource Talent (HRT), Workforce Management (WFM) and Infor OS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and access issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity within the ERP environment.
  • Collaborate with business units to analyze and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications and configured solutions.
  • Design and implement integrations between Infor CloudSuite and other Gift of Hope systems leveraging APIs, ION workflows, SQL Server integration and/or Infor's Data Lake.
  • Import existing data into Infor CloudSuite.
  • Coordinate evaluation and testing of Infor CloudSuite feature releases across business units.
  • Manage ERP system security, including user roles, permissions, and access controls, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Lead the implementation of CloudSuite updates and release migrations, ensuring compatibility with custom developed components.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of external managed service resources and other vendor resources, ensuring tasks are aligned with business priorities and completed to standards.
  • Develop and update instruction manuals for procedures related to maintaining the Infor environment and using the core functionality.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain source code and other component versioning for accuracy and recoverability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
