Pratt Industries is seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Developer to join our team in Wichita,Kansas. This role is essential for supporting and enhancing our manufacturing operations bydeveloping and maintaining critical enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications andreporting tools. Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions using SQL andOracle PL/SQL.
Work extensively within our process-based manufacturing ERP system to develop newfeatures, modify existing programs, and resolve production issues.
Develop, maintain, and optimize mission-critical reports using tools.
Collaborate with business analysts and manufacturing stakeholders to understandbusiness requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Administer and maintain applications running on Linux environments.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relatedtechnical field OR equivalent practical experience (typically 3+ years) in softwaredevelopment.
Proven experience working in an IT role supporting a continuous or batchprocess-based manufacturing ERP.
SQL (Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing complex queries).
Oracle PL/SQL (In-depth experience with stored procedures, functions, triggers, andpackages).
Experience developing and troubleshooting business reports.
Familiarity with the Linux operating system (command line, shell scripting, andapplication deployment).
Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex systemissues that impact production.
Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to clearly explain technicalissues and solutions to both IT peers and non-technical business users (e.g., floorsupervisors, finance staff).
Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in coding, testing, and system maintenance toensure data integrity and system reliability.
Adaptability & Urgency: Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond quickly totime-sensitive manufacturing issues, and adjust to changing business needs.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functionalteam environment.

Crystal Reports is a plus.
