Your Next Career Opportunity – ERP Analyst I This position is responsible for supporting the ERP Systems Support Teams corporate enterprise resource planning systems. Assist internal customers in using systems efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree
  • 0-2 years experience in a Customer Support role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Citrix experience preferred.
  • Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise wide support for one or more ERP applications: Dynamics GP, CRM, Perceptive, SharePoint, Worldox, and/or all custom applications developed in-house.
  • Provide timely technical support to users of applications.
  • Advise, support and provide guidance in the use of ERP applications.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly system process, including, but not limited to New Company Setup, WIP Closing, Job Cost Closing, Year End Closing, and 1099’s.
  • Support new software enhancements, system processes and/or 3rd party products following implementation.
  • Consult on improvement of business process and internal department process.
  • Provide excellent customer service through end user support for SOX compliance.
  • Perform unit testing, as well as coordinate and ensure all formal end-user User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is completed on time.
  • Accountable for enforcement of IT department standards, including but not limited to, proper documentation and approval processes.
  • Document reported incidents and resolutions in department’s incident tracking system, including tracking follow up of incidents as needed.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
