The Equity Compliance Specialist / Deputy Title IX Coordinator provides critical support to the Compliance Director and serves as a trained designee for Title IX, equity compliance, and public records functions. This position assists with investigations, training, administrative compliance procedures, and ensures continuity of services during the absence of the Compliance Director. The role promotes a campus environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation while helping ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws. This position plays a vital role in advancing an inclusive campus climate and ensuring institutional accountability in civil rights matters. ABOUT THE COLLEGE: Green River College's student body is made up of approximately 41% Academic Transfer students, 34% Professional-Technical students, 15% Adult Basic Education student, and 3% Applied Bachelor degrees. Green River College has four campuses, including the main campus in Auburn, Washington, with satellite campuses in Kent, downtown Auburn, and Enumclaw.
