Exodus is looking for an Equity & Compensation Partner to own and scale the administration, governance, and operational integrity of the company’s equity and compensation programs. This role serves as a key partner across Finance, Legal, and HR, acting as the single source of truth for equity data while also supporting compensation programs and best practices as the company grows. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and bringing clarity to complex, evolving areas.
