Role Overview The Equipment Support Technician supports preventative maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and repair of production and assembly equipment, including CNC machines and electrically controlled systems, at the Palmer, MA site. This role requires strong electrical and mechanical expertise to diagnose and repair equipment involving controls, motors, sensors, and safety circuits. The technician will have extensive knowledge of machine rebuild practices, preventative maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and teardown and rebuild methods used on IMI’s machinery. The primary objective is to maximize equipment uptime, safety, and lifecycle performance. Work Environment: On-site (Palmer, MA)
