About The Position

The CNC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintenance and preventative of Industrial equipment, this includes, but is not limited to CNC equipment upkeep, leading PM tasks including respective contractors assigned to planned maintenance tasks You will report to the Facilities Manager and the primary objective for this role is to support the facilities team in implementing and sustaining its Preventative Maintenance Program ensuring facility reliability. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Expert in machine controllers including FANUC, Siemens, and NIT, with the ability to work on complex NC machines up to 5-axis. Performs mechanical repairs and rebuilds, including replacing linear guides, ball screws, and aligning/leveling machinery. Troubleshoots and maintains hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, and software systems across various equipment. Installs, repairs, and maintains machine tools, using technical documentation and vendor resources to resolve issues. Supports preventive maintenance (PM) by scheduling, developing instructions, and training staff to reduce equipment failures. Coordinates with external vendors and maintenance teams to ensure timely service and performs general facilities maintenance as needed. Who You Are: You report to the Facilities Manager and are a key member of the PM program responsible for leading the PM effort through inspections, testing and repairs of equipment’s on the floor. You are responsible to maintain a safety culture through best safety practices for all PMs tasks You are responsible for the timely completion of PM schedules ensuring an optimized equipment uptime

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in performing maintenance of CNC machines.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) plus 10+ years of CNC maintenance experience.
