Requirements

5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Experience.
5+ years of Preventive Maintenance Experience.
CarWash Experience Preferred.
1-2 years of trade school or equivalent in field technical experience in car washing, plumbing, welding, HVAC, hydraulics, or pneumatics.
Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s license.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to lift 75 lbs., stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, perform repetitive motions, see variations in color, and climb and work from ladders.
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time.
Ability to collaborate in both virtual and in-person meetings.
Visual ability to review designs and make adjustments for clarity, color accuracy, and overall quality.
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds (e.g., promotional materials, print samples).

Responsibilities

The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair and service of the car wash equipment
Visit sites to perform inspections on a regular basis.
Complete preventive maintenance to wash equipment.
Perform a wide range of duties related to maintaining and servicing machinery and backroom equipment.
Train General Manager and Assistant General Manager on weekly and monthly maintenance.
Comply with all safety guideline, procedures, and PPE requirements at all times.
Perform equipment repairs, replace motors, bearings, air cylinders, reclaim pump, spot free unit etc.
Assist with new wash openings dialing in equipment and chemistry.
Assist with all Micrologic conversions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
