We employ more than 1,900 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Toronto, Guadalajara, Dallas, and Paris. We’re looking for two (2) Equipment Maintenance Technicians who can work either AM shift or PM shift to join our Mechanical Engineering team to assist with preventative maintenance tasks, unplanned maintenance, machine upgrades, and other tasks related to process machinery, including mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems. AM shift schedule: Monday - Friday 6am-3pm (with overtime schedules of 4am-3pm) PM shift schedule: Monday - Friday 3pm-12am (with overtime schedules of 3pm-2am) You’ll report to the Process Automation Manager and work onsite from our Santa Ana, CA HQ and nearby warehouses.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a maintenance tech
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplying & dividing)
  • Basic computer skills (email, Google suite, Microsoft)
  • Advanced hands-on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude
  • Familiarity with industrial automation and factory equipment
  • Curious and seeks to learn new processes and systems, ask questions to ensure understanding
  • Takes direction well
  • Attention to detail
  • Safety first mentality
  • Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure quality production
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop and track PM schedules for process machinery in the facility
  • Perform unplanned maintenance and troubleshooting tasks when the need arises
  • Perform machine upgrades and testing
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production to implement maintenance logs, best practices, and operator-led maintenance tasks
  • Identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements
  • Work with cross-functional groups to determine standard maintenance procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
