- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize technical data
- Ability to work cross-functionally with maintenance, reliability, and procurement teams
- Comfortable working both in the field and with systems/data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience developing or maintaining equipment Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Background in manufacturing, processing, utilities, or heavy industry
- Understanding of spare parts criticality and lead-time risk
