About The Position

Responsible for supporting the Equine Maintenance Department with a variety of
tasks and job duties. Adheres to all Indiana Grand Racing & Casino service and
operating standards. Job duties may include, but are not limited to the
following:

Cleaning all necessary areas for backside track
Ensuring all cleanliness standards
Maintaining all needs for restroom facilities
Trash removal, etc…

Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning, janitorial or housekeeping preferred, but not required.
• Must be familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old and be able to obtain an Indiana Horse Racing Commission License.
• Must also be available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
