This role involves delivering exceptional client service by managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting the veterinary team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, a working knowledge of horses and the veterinary field, and strong multitasking skills. They should also demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess a strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively.
