The EPIC Support Analyst Team Lead will act as a backup for the department manager when the department manager is out of the office. The EPIC Support Analyst possesses a deep understanding of Epic and health center operations. The EPIC Support Analyst ensures the initial as well as ongoing education and coaching in various areas of EPIC via bootcamps, webinars, workshops, and one on one trainings.
