About The Position

In Epic consulting at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions. Your work will involve possessing in-depth knowledge of Epic applications and assisting clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. The Opportunity As part of the Epic Consulting team, you will design, configure, test, and implement changes to assigned Epic system applications. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain rigorous standards while building meaningful client relationships and navigating increasingly complex situations. This role offers the chance to lead operational work groups, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions that enhance healthcare workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years of experience in Epic system applications

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration/Management preferred
Proven experience in leading project management initiatives
Advanced knowledge of Epic and US healthcare workflows
Demonstrating innovative problem-solving and communication skills
Mentoring and developing team members effectively
Managing multiple broad-scope projects simultaneously
Collaborating across teams to develop change management strategies
Understanding industry standards and audit requirements
Knowledge of patient care databases and financial applications
