Epic Professional Billing for use with Willow Ambulatory support will be required. Certifications required. The candidate must also demonstrate a working knowledge of installing Optum KB updates. Candidate will also provide workflow assistance, troubleshooting and support for mission critical HSIR systems with assistance. Provide on-call after-hours support. Develop and maintain competency on pertinent applications and technologies within a specified timeframe. Participate in system maintenance by utilizing analytical skills for issue resolution, enhancement development, project participation and version upgrades with oversight. Follow change management procedure for any system changes. Candidate must have proven track record and history of supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Charge Route.
