About The Position

Earn Extra Money This Fall Supporting Clinical Teams During Epic Go-Live ChristianaCare is hiring Clinical Support At-The-Elbow (ATE) Specialists to assist caregivers during the transition to Epic Electronic Health Record System. This short-term role is ideal for clinical support professionals who enjoy helping others and thrive in fast-paced environments. What You’ll Do Provide real-time Epic navigation support to nurses, techs, CNAs, MAs, and other clinical staff. Assist with documentation workflows, order review, results viewing, patient movement, and worklist navigation. Help staff locate tools and complete workflow steps in Epic. Capture and escalate issues to the appropriate support teams. Reinforce training materials and best practices. Participate in shift huddles and collaborate with unit leadership. What You Bring Experience as an LPN, CNA/PCT, MA, Emergency Care Tech, or similar role. Experience using Epic in clinical care. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stay attentive and responsive in busy clinical settings. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Requirements
