About The Position

Epic Ambulatory Analyst I Position Highlights: Full-Time; 40 Hours (Overtime as required) Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00-5:00pm; Some travel to local medical offices for Technical Support Full Time Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance. Requirements

  • Effective communication both oral and written
  • Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions
  • Ability to utilize PC software applications in the creation, analysis an dretrieval of data
  • Ability to complete independent and thorough research on workflows and technical configuration options
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines Ability to communicate and demonstrate workflows

Responsibilities

  • Daily operational support and system updates
  • IT Ownership of 1 - 2 Epic modules or related application/systems
  • Work effectively and efficiently as part of a team on assignments
  • Provide On Call support Project New enhancements/new features, enhanced workflow design and optimization.
  • Support existing connections across systems, monitors active integration channels
  • Escalates problem and concerns to supervisors
  • Develop how-to documentaiton and worfklows for end users and fellow team members
  • Document clinical or operational workflows and the technical tools within the system
  • Participate in additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate Includes customers, vendors and fell IT teammates to meet challenges and coordinate resources to achieve quality outcomes
  • Support existing connections across systems, monitors active integration channels
  • Escalates problem and concerns to supervisors
  • Develop how-to documentaiton and worfklows for end users and fellow team members
