About The Position

Client is seeking Epic Ambulatory SMEs to assist with the deployment of Epic Aura at multiple healthcare organizations simultaneously. Each SME will be responsible for the oversight of the Epic build, coordination of engagement communication directly with PM, Leads, and Client Support Teams. Will be responsible for the coordination of ongoing build milestones and training development and delivery; coordination of testing and integrated testing; communication, development and oversight for the test plan and coordination with Client partners and program managers; and communication with all key executive stakeholders. Requirements

  • Epic Ambulatory Certification
  • More than 5+ years supporting Epic Ambulatory implementations
  • must have pre-existing and proven build experience for successful Epic Ambulatory sites
  • Must have strong experience leading and coordinating prior implementation projects
  • Must be able to support multiple implementations at once, keeping key milestones and timelines on track
  • Must be open to travel for initial onboarding; followed by primarily remote support through the implementation roll outs
