About The Position

This role is a high-impact opportunity to serve as the operational backbone of a large-scale Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization. You will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery across a 200+ person team, ensuring alignment between strategy and outcomes while optimizing organizational efficiency. The position involves managing productivity systems, improving workflows, leading strategic initiatives, and maintaining clear visibility into priorities, timelines, and risks. You will work closely with senior leaders to accelerate solutions, implement feedback loops, and drive continuous cultural and operational improvements. This role is ideal for someone passionate about operational excellence, cross-functional influence, and scaling high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or Engineering Operations at scale.
  • Proven track record of operational excellence across large EPD organizations (150+ people).
  • Hands-on expertise with productivity systems and tooling at scale, including Jira, GitHub, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills, with the ability to drive alignment and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex information into clear, actionable updates for diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized with exceptional program management skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
  • Action-oriented mindset, focused on velocity, quality, and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery across the entire EPD organization, ensuring alignment of strategy to outcomes.
  • Own and optimize organizational cadence, including town halls, leadership reviews, planning cycles, and monthly updates.
  • Manage cross-functional product delivery updates, including company-wide presentations and reporting decks.
  • Assess and improve productivity systems (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Notion) and SDLC workflows to increase visibility into priorities, timelines, and risks.
  • Drive high-impact strategic initiatives that require cross-functional coordination on tight timelines.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders to understand operational pain points and accelerate solutions.
  • Establish and maintain feedback loops (surveys, retrospectives) to surface organizational insights and drive continuous cultural and process improvements.
