Primoris Energy Services is looking for a high-impact EPC Document Control Manager to lead document strategy on large-scale Power projects. Position Summary The EPC Document Control Manager plays a key role in leading and managing document control activities across large-scale Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, with a strong focus on the Power market. This role is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enforcing document control processes that ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring deep EPC experience, Power market knowledge, and advanced system expertise to support multi-discipline project teams across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in document control within EPC environments, with demonstrated experience in the Power market (generation, transmission, substations, or related infrastructure).
  • Proven experience supporting large, complex Power EPC projects.
  • Hands-on experience using A utodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as a primary document management platform.
  • Experience creating dashboards, analytics, and reporting using Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of Power EPC workflows, engineering deliverables, construction documentation, and turnover requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments.
  • Travel as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with Primoris Energy Services or similar EPC contractors in the Power market.
  • Experience standardizing document control processes across multiple Power projects.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to Power infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain EPC document control procedures, workflows, and standards in alignment with Primoris Energy Services, client, and Power market requirements.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of project documents, including engineering drawings, specifications, vendor data, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and turnover documentation specific to Power generation, transmission, and related facilities.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ensuring proper configuration, access control, versioning, and audit trails.
  • Coordinate document interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate information flow across Power EPC projects.
  • Track document status, transmittals, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks related to document control, schedule impacts, and data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and Power industry standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and managing document control personnel at the project.
  • Support project turnover, commissioning, and closeout activities, ensuring all Power project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived.
  • Travel to project sites as required to support Power EPC project teams and ensure document control compliance.
