About The Position

This position is available to be filled at any Huntington Corporate office location. Summary: The Enterprise Policy and Governance (EP&G) Team is responsible for establishment and oversight of and enterprise program for the management and implementation of policies and the effective management of committees. EP&G is seeking an EP&G Process and Tools Analyst to develop and manage the process and drive enablement and automation through tools. This is a senior level position that will manage complex and highly visibility work within Risk Management. The EP&G Process and Tools Analyst will provide advanced specialized consultative support for assigned business process and/or system(s) that are typically more complex and of a larger impact to the company. This position will be responsible for the management of solutions, gathering and applying feedback for process improvement, proactively driving automation and efficiency in the process to manage policies through their lifecycle and drive implementation through procedures. The results of this work will be identification of risk in a centralized, evidenced, comprehensive way to allow visibility and management through dashboards and automated reports. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in scope of experience.
  • 5 + yrs risk management experience or audit at a medium or large financial institution
  • Process design or project management experience
  • Analysis, development, and/or testing of applications experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of one or more highly complex business processes and applications, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business
  • Analyzes existing processes and identifies technical or procedural improvements.
  • Recommends business practices to optimize use of business process/system(s), based on trends, past program performance, and user feedback
  • Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements and fulfilling them through the process and tools
  • Partners with IT resources to meet the organization’s needs through the satisfaction of business requirements through enterprise solutions
  • Support development of a process and tools roadmap and alignment of priorities to fulfill business objectives
