The Enterprise Tools Associate Analyst will be responsible for implementing and supporting a select set of enterprise-wide technology tools and related project and resource related data. This individual is a part of a team who will provide the functional and technical expertise related to the tools delivery for Idea/Portfolio, Program/Project, Resource/Capacity, Documentation/Collaboration, and Financial Management capabilities. This role will be responsible to implement and maintain new and existing enterprise-wide technology tools (e.g., Clarity, JIRA) in accordance with established standards on architecture, application design, coding practices, technical documentation, and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheets and Visio software programs.
  • Understanding of various technologies including applications and databases.
  • Experience with and knowledge of multiple systems development life cycles, (i.e. Iterative, Agile, Waterfall, etc).
  • 0-1 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, and design or infrastructure design/ /support.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as SharePoint site management Power BI and Excel
  • Extensive experience / proficiency in MS Office.
  • 0-2 years of experience implementing and supporting PPM tool.
  • General knowledge of PCI/SOX Compliance Auditing process
  • Experience understanding customer business problems and clearly formulating and articulating system solutions to solve those problems
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform operational support for tools including Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support, systems administration, and reporting
  • Work with internal IT subject matter experts in order to facilitate upgrade, change management, and problem resolution for assigned tools.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering with IT and Finance partners and provides alternative analysis recommendations that balance technical limitations with business objectives.
  • Provide support for PCI/SOX Compliance, including system and data integrity for Clarity.
  • Ensures the integrity of project, resource, and financial related data that is gathered by assigned tools.
