About The Position

As an Environmental Test Technician at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting the Aerospace business unit in Phoenix, AZ. You will be part of a team of technicians, providing technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of engineering processes and systems within the aerospace domain. This on-site position reports directly to the Engineering Manager and is located in Phoenix, AZ (Deer Valley). In this role, you will impact the Aerospace business unit by providing technical leadership, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of engineering processes that contribute to the development and maintenance of advanced aerospace systems.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of a team of engineering technicians, providing technical guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Run environmental testing using thermal chambers, humidity chambers, vibration tables, according to DO-160 and MIL-STD-810, on aerospace products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve aerospace engineering processes and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain high quality and efficiency in engineering operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices within the team.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results aligned with project goals and aerospace industry standards.
