We’re looking for a Floor Technician to help keep our facility looking its absolute finest—one clean, sparkling floor at a time! What You'll Be Doing: Shine Bright Like a Diamond: You’ll be the go-to person for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all our floors. You’ll follow our maintenance schedule to ensure every inch is looking its best. Tackle Special Projects: Periodic floor care projects will be your opportunity to shine even brighter—whether it's a deep clean or refinishing work, you’ll make sure everything is pristine. Safety First: You’ll ensure that every floor surface meets safety and infection control standards, keeping everyone safe and sound. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: You’ll work as part of our Environmental Services team, jumping in wherever needed to keep the facility running smoothly. Requirements
- Great at connecting with others
- Able to lift and carry more than 50 pounds with ease
- Familiar with electric and battery-powered floor care equipment
- Know how to read and understand cleaning chemical labels
- Physically able to rock this role for an entire shift without breaking a sweat
- Six months of experience working in Environmental Services, ideally in a healthcare or institutional setting
- Ready to complete the training and mentoring program, pass your competency assessment, and be on your way to success in 30-60 days!
