Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Service Manager 2 for Capital Health, a 220-bed facility located in Pennington, New Jersey. This manager will be responsible for managing the Environmental Service Department, which consists of 50 non-union client-paid employees. The primary working hours for this position are 12 Noon-8:30pm, with alternate weekends and holidays required. Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams are dedicated to directing housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering to deliver innovative solutions. These teams are also responsible for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service through effective communication with all levels of hospital staff and following through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction.
