Job Description Summary The Environmental Services Coordinator will perform record keeping, bookkeeping, supply requisition/distribution, and scheduling activities for assigned department. Job Description The Environmental Services Coordinator will: Performs reception activities including answering the phone and greeting internal/external customers, determining the nature of the need or request, securing appropriate resources, and following-up to insure needs are met. Performs record keeping and data file maintenance tasks such as gathering, sorting, and filing materials. Monitors supplies, equipment, and forms, determining appropriate levels of inventory, researching vendors, and tracking and deliveries. Quality, Smart inspection/ Team Coach Employee engagement- Rounding for outcomes with frontline staff Patient satisfaction/ experience surveying Patients to educate and retrieve info for all support service platforms. Client and customer engagement rounds. ATP inspection. Coordinate Setups Monitor Recycling process Coordinate Room 4 a day process Inventory- Complete inventory on week basis recommend adjustments for ordering keep and store inventory data Shift Start and closing process (collecting phones, keys and documentation.) Performs all other duties that may be assigned in the best interest of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. EVS specific function Reporting Relationships: Reports directly to the Operations Manager
