Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, able to coordinate and supervise a team.
  • Experience in writing technical reports and giving presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee environmental improvement projects while ensuring their alignment with the company's strategies and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective environmental management systems to monitor and improve environmental performance.
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with local, state, and federal environment regulations, and oversee the application processes for necessary permits.
  • Coordinate with all team members, ensure environmental safety standards are adhered to, and provide training and awareness sessions as necessary.
  • Provide expert advice on environmental management, ensuring the company's operation and products remain sustainable and conscientious of their impact on the environment.
  • Prepare and present reports detailing the environmental impact of company projects and operations, along with recommendations for improvements.
