About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager / Estimator to oversee environmental services and sitework projects from pre-construction estimating through final execution. This role combines cost estimating, regulatory coordination, field oversight, and project leadership to ensure compliant, efficient, and profitable project delivery.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on environmental or remediation experience along with strong financial management and organizational capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in environmental services, remediation, site-work, or related project management
• Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards preferred
• Professional client-facing communication and leadership abilities
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit project sites as required

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental remediation and site-work projects from bid award through closeout
• Prepare detailed scopes of work, takeoffs, cost estimates, and proposals
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material procurement
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Track change orders, documentation, and overall cost performance
• Communicate proactively with clients, regulators, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
• Support smooth transition from estimating phase to active field execution
