The successful candidate will conduct inspections for food safety and sanitation at Schools, Senior Centers, and Child Care Centers. The candidate will also assist in inspections and compliance activities for Swimming Pools, Mobile Home Parks, Recreational Camps, Wells, and Septic Systems. You will be doing work knowing you are making a difference for current and future generations. Don’t have direct experience? No problem, we’ll teach you! All you need is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for serving Nebraskans. You can expect to have initial job training in Lincoln, followed by field training to ensure you have what you need to succeed. A State vehicle is provided; you can look forward to eliminating that commute to work.
