The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist oversees the implementation of the Company’s EHS programs at multiple Camping World locations. This role drives continuous improvement in safety culture, environmental stewardship, and risk mitigation across assigned locations. This position is based in Lincolnshire, IL with a hybrid schedule and travel of up to 50% to assigned locations. Key Responsibilities Provide oversight and support to assigned dealerships with implementation of all EHS initiatives to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS laws, rules, regulations, operational effectiveness, and alignment with Company goals. Enhance safety programs, policies, procedures, training, and audits to establish operational discipline and individual accountability. Oversee federal, state, and local health and safety inspections, incident investigations, citation responses, timely regulatory reporting, and execution of remediation activities. Build strong cross-functional relationships across operations, construction, legal, HR, and finance. Partner with location, regional, and corporate leaders to champion a culture of safety excellence and operational integrity. Track and communicate key compliance metrics, safety-related statistics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities with appropriate stakeholders. Execute and audit all EHS Programs throughout Camping World Dealerships. Travel responsibilities up to 50%; some travel with short notice. Complete the OSHA #511 Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry
