This position contributes to our vision by: Establishes facility record keeping and processes all hazardous materials. Manages all chemical requests and inventories to ensure proper labeling, use, storage, and disposal. Contracts with qualified vendors to ensure hazardous, non-hazardous and universal waste is properly contained and shipped off site for disposal. Prepares required federal, state, and local government reports relating to environmental issues as well as other reports requested by management. Monitors air, water, industrial hazardous, and solid waste in the facility to ensure compliance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an Environmental related area or 6 years related experience required.
  • Additionally three to five years' (3-5 years) experience in Environmental administration in an industrial setting.
  • Must have knowledge of environmental regulations
  • Must have the ability to generate written communication, proficient computer skills and to operate required office equipment.
  • Ability to read and review written communication.
  • Speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English
