About The Position
The Environmental, Health & Safety Business Partner will be a key strategic partner to the Vice President, Real Estate and Environmental, Health, Safety & Security in driving RB Global’s commitment to an unyielding culture of safety across the organization. This role will oversee the development, implementation, and execution of comprehensive safety and environmental strategies, lead safety audits and assessments, and ensure the effective delivery of safety and environmental training and initiatives. The Environmental, Health & Safety Business Partner will also play a critical role in shaping the safety and environmental performance of field-based teams, and partnering with the HR team for employee related compensation claims RB Global (NYSE: RBA) (TSX: RBA) is a leading, omnichannel marketplace that provides value-added insights, services and transaction solutions for buyers and sellers of commercial assets and vehicles worldwide.
