About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Entry Procurement Agent to support Large Fixed Wing Aircraft Procurement based out of Hazelwood, MO. Position Responsibilities: Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements. Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements. Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 0-2+ years' experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
  • 0-2+ years' experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions
  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • This position will require a credit check.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required
  • 2+ years' experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
  • 2+ years' experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 2+ years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance
  • 2+ years' experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding.
