About The Position

Are you looking to start your career in the automotive service industry? Our dealership is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career in service advising. This is an on-site position. Scheduled hours for this position are Tuesday-Friday: 7:30AM-4:30PM and Saturdays: 7:45AM-2PM. At Romeo Auto Group, we strive to make every customer a customer for life. Requirements

Strong communication and people skills
Interest in automotive service and customer care
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
No prior advisor experience required—just bring your energy and willingness to learn
A team player who’s eager to learn and grow

Responsibilities

Manage up to 10 Express/ToyotaCare appointments per day
Assist main service advisors by helping expedite customer approvals—especially for waiting customers when advisors are tied up
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with clear communication and a positive attitude
Support overall service lane flow and efficiency
