WHAT YOU’LL DO Warmly welcome customers in our bright showroom, engage with them at the register, and offer tire and basic auto repair services as a brand ambassador. Serve as the front line point of contact with customers and act as a connection between their needs and our technicians. Become an expert on our Virginia Tire & Auto Tire Collection, tires, and other automotive products and services we offer, such as oil changes, tire services, and other routine maintenance. Build relationships with customers by communicating with them regarding timing, updating them on the status of their vehicle, and otherwise meeting their needs so that their car care experience is stress-free. Keep pace with customers, balance multiple priorities, and use good judgment to manage time. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-merchandised showroom. Thrive in a commissioned sales environment (on top of a strong base pay).
Requirements
- Entry-level position; however, experience is desired and will be compensated accordingly.
- A professional personal appearance.
- Ability to learn our internal software applications.
- Have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
