We’re growing our service department and looking for an Entry-Level Service Advisor who wants to build a long-term career with a respected GM brand. Prior automotive or dealership experience is helpful, but not required. We provide paid training, GM systems support, and hands-on mentorship to set you up for success.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive, coachable attitude with a desire to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Basic computer skills (R&R, GM systems training provided)
• Dependable attendance and professional appearance

Nice To Haves

• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

• Welcome GM customers and assist with vehicle service needs
• Write and manage repair orders using GM dealership systems
• Communicate maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally
• Provide timely service updates and follow-up
• Work closely with GM-trained technicians to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI standards
• Learn GM service processes, warranty basics, and dealership procedures
